approx. 5 minutes (Centralbahnstrasse - junction Markthalle - Viaduktstrasse)

By public transport:
From Basel's main railway station (Bahnhof SBB):
tram no. 1 (direction: Dreirosenbrücke),
no. 2 (direction: Binningen) or
no. 8 (direction: Neuweilerstrasse)
to Markthalle (one stop in each case).

By car:
Motorway exit: Basel City, then
- for parking Elisabethen: follow the signs to «Zoo»
- for parking Elsässertor: follow the signs to «City/Flughafen»
- for delivery of goods (Binningerstrasse 35): follow the signs to «Zoo»
